Exactly, that is standard verbiage in any start-up OTC filing. If anything, the Q was positive in that it re-confirmed that they are pursuing uplisting as well as additional acquisitions in the telemedicine industry. The next Q will have major meat :-)
So funny. It brought back memories from my fresh out of the womb newby days to the stock investment world. My reaction to a filing was "The Sky Is Falling, The Sky Is Falling." only to be shushed by the board and made to go sit in the corner.
