They don't account for fails, once again CNS generates the fails. They were caught because of Persistent fails, why that fact isn't coming through clear when the SEC complaints states exactly that fact is well.. bullshit.

First, if one reads just the FINRA PR concerning the facts of CANT, they will see that a whole 4,879 in fails to deliver, because of lack of supervisor processes within their organization.

FINRA also found that Cantor failed to timely remediate issues identified by its personnel. This was not reasonable considering, among other things, the firm’s prior disciplinary history relating to Reg SHO. As a result, Cantor did not timely close-out at least 4,879 fails-to-deliver, and routed and/or executed thousands of short orders in those securities without first borrowing (or arranging to borrow) the security or issuing notice of the need for a pre-borrow to the broker-dealers for whom it cleared and settled trades.

Wow so they failed to properly close out 4,879 Fails to Deliver in the required T + 2 settlement period, hardly the Abusive Naked Shorting keystone to unravel the shortpocolypse as it has been promoted across several boards including this scam.

But why rely on just the press release and perform no kidding actual DUE DILIGENCE in the matter and read the actual FINRA Complaint filed. When you read through it and see what actually happened it becomes clear that there were no intentional actions, they simply lacked an automated system within their firm to properly mark trade transactions and due to the volume of transactions were no longer capable of keeping up with the volume.

The fact that this is even posted on several boards across Ihub as proof is now even more laughable at this point. FINRA provides broker check, you can look up the every single instance and read the actual complaints filed. This was provided before when GNCP hired that turd of a broker as an Advisory Committee Member to this company.. lol.. It is in the sticky to read above:

This is truly where this scam lives, brokers here aiding the dumping of billions of shares into the market on behalf of individuals like Stephen Lumb.
