Nobody is going to be rounded up from DTCC, FINRA or OTC Markets, they have nothing to do with this pile of shit scam. However if anyone deserves to be "rounded up" that would be insiders and those they hired to pull this scam off. For example this fella right here:

Also a registered broker that has worked for so far 6 Suspended firms 5 of which are from that great state of Florida, including wonderful BOCA RATON.
The firm Merrimac was well known for it's selling of Pennystock that were not properly supervised and monitored for AML discrepancies, much like GNCP and it's 16 billion shares of dilution:
