MyDx is waiting to market and sell products and create value for the Company and it's shareholders until they communicate to the world that the San Diego Superior COurt has dismissed their lawsuit against Sanzeri and DeWald.

Is that what you are proposing? It makes no sense at all. In fact, that approach would be self defeating for MyDx?
