Amazing! I guess he, like the rather smarter Ed Durante, started scamming again as soon as he got out of the slammer. Oh wait... Durante put his own scheme in motion before he was released.
The article is hilarious...
"He kept telling the judge and me that he had money in an offshore account," recalls Steve Davis, the deputy district attorney who prosecuted the case. "He produced a statement from a Caymans institution, the Bank of Butterfield, that purported to show he had an account there with substantial holdings. With help from the Justice Department, we were able to prove that he had just gone to a website and downloaded the logo of the bank and just forged the document showing that he had a couple of million there."
Who would DO that??? And expect the Feds to believe it??
So the name of the investigation is " In the Matter of Cornucopia Consulting, LLC". Cornucopia is a California company Also involved is Dignitas Consulting LLC, a Nevada company.
Tracson McLeod and John Dolkart turn up in this Nevada entity as well:
For updates and reports on IMUN call Relaunch Consulting, email relauncconsulting@comcast.com (760)487-1937 (760)710-1292 Ask for Ron or Duane or Mr Brouillette
Tracson McLeod obviously loves to play golf and loves to post pictures with famous people like Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley, Michael Phelps, and Justin Timberlake
John E Dolkart Jr - is that the same ahole attorney San Diego that worked for NTEK and was buddy with Ted Campbell that sent a ceases and desist letter on behalf of that other whole David Foley to IHUB trying to silence a few people including me?
IMUN stock is the subject of the scheme the SEC is investigation.
IMO, IMUN is a Dump and Pump scheme.
In 2016-17, they had a usurious note in their books that accounted for over $2m in fake debt (that never had to be paid because it was usury). The $2m in debt penalties were accrued in a 13 month period from being default on a $100,000 loan ($130k originally). Pretty ridiculous. Check the Q’s for this note.
Much more evidence than that.
I was the one that reported IMUN to the SEC and Finra (prob not the only one).
