USA Technologies (NASDAQ:USAT) is up 4.2% after hours following the disclosure by Hudson Executive Capital of a 12% stake.

In a few key transactions between May 8 and May 16, HEC bought just under 4.25M shares at prices ranging from $5.69 to $5.80.

Shares are quoting at $6.15 postmarket after closing down 2.2% today to $5.90.
