dump day....to slow with their audit procedures...when September comes look for fire sale and no audit results.

You know they cannot risk saying anything positive of negative because it "may" have an effect on stock price....I would bet if things are going sideways they will sell the company....It is safe to say the company does have real value...

The unit for sliding credit cards is dead...it is now everyone wants to just hold their cell phone up to the reader to use vending machines...do not know if USAT has that unit or if it even has the collection software for same...

It is not amazing to remember the Institutional holders are also the ones involved with class law suits, hence they stand to win no matter how stock shacks out...selling company is also a win for them.

Why the board has not relived the CEO is beyond belief.... still think there is a buyer in waiting who is going to pick up the company for pennies on the dollar....

Be interesting to see how much money the CEO will take with him when they sell the Company....years ago I remember reading about a company, Albertson's, where the CEO was paid 50 million when he sold that company...

Ran into a vendor filling machines here at mall in Las Vegas ask him how the card thing was working with his machines..about 25% of his business now and lately the flashing a card part was really taking off....had not heard of anything about trouble with USAT?

`Value for sure, no one dare say a word with this company digging a deeper hole with each passing day. Big money knows the value and may or may not even care if it digs itself out of its hole as the value is still there piece meal. Of course a positive resolution will be best as there is a lot of room for stock growth with the company back in the graces..

Only thing the stock has going for it until securing its listing is potential...this is a Las Vegas gamble right now, it could be or it could not be, black or red..take your bet...heads or tails.....

As a penny stock to get listed it reverse split in 2006 100 to 1. I went from 10,000 shares to 1,000 shares over night...stock got listed then sometime later had to reverse split again to remain listed...so they have a history of fighting to be listed. Kinda tells how slow gaining profits verse paying to operate has always been a problem..will they get past these latest pitfalls and start making a profit or will just stay listed and pay off lawsuits and spend another 3, 5 years to make a profit...great product will be a dinosaur before another year is out.

It is official they will not be done by Monday....laugh, laugh they said they hired someone who could do the job, just as the CEO they paid him a huge salary for NOTHING, must have improved his golf handicap while working on the books a couple hours a day. TAKE THE GOLDEN PARACHUTE and run....

Just as I said this morning stock was manipulated up in the morning so the big sales would not be as small before closing...never fails just another example of how Big Money controls the market.

Maybe we will see the case where it is taken over, straightened out and re-sold. When hostile takeovers back in the 80's were the flavor of the day a lot of companies were taken over and broken up and sold off with huge profits for the raiders....

Wonder how most of the 129 employees are handling their jobs during this time, has to be hard they are more then likely more in the dark then investors. As many know when a company is in trouble and cannot talk about it that job could end over night.

Safe bet company sold before any stock holders meeting...may get a date for one so they can get re-listed, but actually hinging around and having one is another thing.....if it does happen then it will be a very positive event.

I think it has been proven over and over the CEO is just smoke and mirrors, the money should be on there will NEVER be a share holder meeting until the CEO is gone with his GOLDEN Parachute....
