The only way to get Rotman’s into a public entity is to do a reverse merger or acquistion as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Or do it the way The Rotmans are doing it, as a consolidation. Vystar won't cease to exist when they do it, why would they? There could be a name change and symbol change, which would mean a new cusip number and other minor details, but companies do this all the time. I don't see the point of your argument.
