If they are contemplating a merger/acquisition of Rotman’s and there is any agreement to do so or binding LOI that needs to be disclosed in a filing. There is no such filing, therefore no such agreement at this time.
I was then told it was in a PR...I don’t even see it in a press release. The only place this gets hyped is on Twitter.
