Because they aren't planning on doing either. They are planning to put all of the companies, including Rotman's Furniture, together as one company under one umbrella. The super 8k has not come out yet, therefore they don't have to file anything right now until things change, which will be soon. This is getting a little absurd, I've repeated this three times now. I suggest you research the difference and read the board to see exactly what they are going to do. Or you could call or email Greg Rotman yourself, the info is up there on the board. He's the IR guy.
