There are many many quotes out there...

Here is the issue with using the definition you posted for a “consolidation”...

“In a consolidation, two or more companies merge to form one new, larger company. All of each company’s assets and liabilities then become the property of the new company.”

If that is what they are planning to do then Vystar would cease to exist as a publicly traded company. You can’t transfer the “registration” to a “new” company. The only way to get Rotman’s into a public entity is to do a reverse merger or acquistion as a wholly owned subsidiary.
