Your medical insights are what I truly appreciate as I come from the business world. Personally, I have the belief that an inept CEO can destroy a good company and I have been very wary of this having been burned before in this space by bad management at another company. However, my respect of Missling has grown by leaps and bounds over time and he appears to have the proper skill set and has built a first-class support mechanism within AVXL.
