In addition $75million dollars was invested during the IPO. Those investors surely wanted to capture their principal back or most of it anyway
They managed this the best way they could. The price they chose was likely the average trading price since day 1. Everyone has time to buy shares near where the new investors are. Some have shares much lower. some have higher can average it down.
I love the fact almost all warrants are gone. This is being cleaned up very neatly. The future looks very promising for everyone invested
I agree....this was probably the only way for some of the founders and early participants to sell shares without REALLY disrupting the market. I suspect some of these people have worked for years without realizing any liquidity for their efforts.
