and not trding's "creative math", which puts value on imaginary previously out of the money Warrants.
Of course: Now the Warrants are very valuable, but that's only due to the effectively lowered strike.

Defiant to the end. No the warrants are not imaginary, they exist. What is imaginary is imagining combo safety data is needed using the mono pivotal trial, very imaginary.

Do warrants that are out of the money have value? Unless the company goes bankrupt of course they do. There is no public marketplace for warrants that aren't currently traded on one of the exchanges (start one and make millions) but private placement is an option.

The value in warrants is in the perception that the stock price will rise above the exercise price before expiration.

“LM, I do agree here - and not trding's "creative math", which puts value on imaginary previously out of the money Warrants.”

Comments like these have finally led me to believe that you are not posting in good faith.

If you had 100,000 out-of-the-money warrants, would you have been willing to give them to give them away for nothing?

If not, they do have real, calculable monetary value.

So you still think they need the 700mg dose patients from the mono pivotal? You think out of the money warrants are worthless? Thanks for updating us all on the situation fine.
