LM, I do agree here - and not trding's "creative math", which puts value on imaginary previously out of the money Warrants. Of course: Now the Warrants are very valuable, but that's only due to the effectively lowered strike.
Why is it important to believe in a company & stock? We can do all the DD we want and it might be helpful or not, but surely we cannot know the inside details of what is going on.
Quite often, DD helps to see the financial negative - rarely the semantic positive turnaround, which is not in the filings. Here: It is sort of split in half.
Q: Would many like the same offerings as Warrant holders? A: Yes trding, of course.
Q: Would it be fair? A: Probably not, b/c they have not invested higher.
Q: Does it financially change the fact that they get the new shares at 26.67c? A: No (o8>
Q: In the end, will it help CYDY to have gathered the cash? A: Sure, a bit desperate maybe - no licensing deal etc, but maybe market forgives the new 213M shares max - valuation does not though. Sometimes you have to bite into the lemon to overcome tough times.
Q: Will the stock touch the 26.67c strike price? A: Nobody knows.
So whatever happens from here, let's see and watch.

Dec'19 - March'20 has at least two strong events GvHD + TNBC. Maybe HIV-1 Combo BLA progress as well. Four month full of events? Stock needs it.
