Once I was faced with a similar circumstance. Between myself and other family members owning stock, it was sufficient to get my grievance addressed by the President of the company. It did change certain practices that the President was not aware because of shielding by middle management politics.
Likewise, if Distributors buy enough FLO stock then you may get attention to your grievance, and perhaps bring the issue to the Annual Meeting.
