Anyone holding ZN should be able to get the $2 warrants free, if you want the warrants bad enough, just sell all your broker held ZN stock, then buy back the same number of shares under the DSPP and pocket the free warrants.
Of course, there may be some tax consequences for that so check with your tax adviser on how to do it properly or you will end up looking dumb come tax time next year.
But I don't think anyone will bother, why, because people who hold ZN stock now know those $2 warrants are and will continue to be worthless.
