LOL the thing is, they never lied, not even once. Read again the buyback PR. They said they would "buyback up to 250M" which AT THE TIME represented about half of the OS. And they increased the OS but again not saying it is not a lie. Give me ONE example of an OTC company which announced an OS increase. None. Does it mean they are all lying? No.
