So you don't care what they say to shareholders, lying is ok, pumping things to the benefit of debt holders is ok, taking on more and more convertible debt after all of that dilution is ok.
Basically, they can do no wrong. Who cares if we state we will cut the O/S in half but instead double it. But then we are suppose to believe everything else they say even when they are proven to not be trustworthy in the past
