I hate paying realtors! even though I do sales, but realtors have a monopoly with semi fixed commissions trying to get your business so they can rape the proceeds off my investment. No thanks
I would get into real estate if that Illinois lawsuit takes down the whole realtor MLS and fees corruption that has been going on for decades.
Sorry if I touched a nerve with anyone in real estate but I think 1 -1.5 max on properties under 500k and anything over that should be fixed payout or maybe all a fixed rate payout. With today's internet and smart phones the need of a realtor has significantly dropped off a cliff to get the same good ole boy pay.
Making huge pay for signing contracts that is coming out of my investment earnings or even loses just drives me nuts.
