'karlistier' Those who engage in wilful Ad Hominem, show themselves to be intellectually less than worthy. Nevertheless, you seem to ignore the fact that MDTR is non-compliant in terms of availability of public information, there is a good reason for that & it's not to assist you in making a reasonable assessment of the condition of MDTR. 2nd, you have to use some deductive reasoning, when MDTR does not provide full disclosure. IOW, ask yourself this basic math question: How can MDTR{ACXOL} operate for 5 years showing a total LOSS of $1,88 Million through 2017 & NOT issue debt instruments? BTW, the R/S is a way for Co.'s in trouble to ELIMINATE debt, while sticking a fork in all stockholders, just look @ the decrease to the PPS since the R/S took place, not pretty & fixing to get a whole lot uglier! Play it as you see it

'karlister' You wanted proof for debt increase, well read what someone else is also saying in post #25225, "They've been giving away stock like candy to pay the bills which shows lack of cash flow." Stock that goes from Co. treasury to an outsider is carried on the books as a debit{debt to the Co.}. That's how most penny stocks pay for their overhead & MDTR is NO different, that's why I said MDTR was ADDING debt to their bottom line, it's good to know what you're talking about & understand that debt comes in different forms, not just borrowing $$$$ from a finance source. Ding dong, bells of knowledge are a-ringing! Play it as you see it
