'karlister' You wanted proof for debt increase, well read what someone else is also saying in post #25225, "They've been giving away stock like candy to pay the bills which shows lack of cash flow." Stock that goes from Co. treasury to an outsider is carried on the books as a debit{debt to the Co.}. That's how most penny stocks pay for their overhead & MDTR is NO different, that's why I said MDTR was ADDING debt to their bottom line, it's good to know what you're talking about & understand that debt comes in different forms, not just borrowing $$$$ from a finance source.
