No, I don't think they asked to reduce the number for the P2b/3.
I think they don't expect to ever get to a P3... So they won't need the last 300.
If the P2 is about working on less expensive, more accurate diagnostic criteria in order to prepare the Australian healthcare for the massive numbers of people who will be wanting and needing 2-73 they have to get that right first.
