Hi PaulA: Terrific post. I will one weekend day post my DELL story. You will plutz, you will not believe it, but you WILL believe it...'cause it's true, all too true. I'll title it "What Gets MY Goat." And there will be more chapters; you will laugh, you will cry, you will bang your head into an oak tree...but you will belive. You already believe...they sent me the wrong DELL. I ordered a laptop, I got a desktop what didn't work. I sent it back to the Far East... Feh, feh, feh.
