That's one of theories too -- that the AFs were bogus and when the RCMP contacted him -- he knew he'd be in trouble if he posted them on the website.

My other theory is that it doesn't matter if he has the AFs or not. His job was to get people to buy from the 1st PR stating the 15th. That let offshore folk short the stock in the .10 - .12 -- which is why it never climbed.

They covered today AND MADE A FORTUNE !!!

Seems like telling the RCMP and everymothers son that this is on the up and up and then to have it not be is a bit over the top. This guy has got himself in deep. I did notice the new CEO letter was removed from the website which stated the fins would be out at 4:00 or soon after(sounds familiar) Somewhere I picked up consultation with attorneys, PV/Attorneys,windsor star etc. I think he was finally advised to nix the date time business. Now it's we will get them when we get them. Probably "When we least expect it" I dunno, Its been a hell of a ride...What a story...Tex.

That's not a stupid theory at all. It's actually the most likely explain for why the AFs were finished save for minor changes 3 weeks ago, then completely finished last night, and are now back up in the air.

I mentioned to someone else the oddity of putting the audited financials on the website as opposed to in a PR. My theory being the main difference is the degree of legal culpability when you make statements in each medium.

Statements made in PR are far easier to prosecute, and far more severe if false, than something listed on a website.

I also believe this would explain Petar's own admission last night that if anything is filed with Edgar, it won't be in the form of a 10k.

A 10k requires a sarbanes-oxley signoff, and if those audited financials prove to be problematic you're dead in the water. An 8k is less definitive.

Free-Nebula,

Not stupid at all. More than likely SEC at worst would want a different CEO and/or suspend trading briefly.

I would still sincerely hope jail(no expectation of), in case no audited numbers of a legitimate nature exist.

I think everybody is in this because Suljas appeared to be a long running decent company. That is not good enough after today.

Let's hope for the best and expect the worst.

TFN.....I'll give them credit for one thing. They are fighting....another interview today with Windsor Star, handling all calls, some have claimed to talk to thee Petar...
I'm still trying.........That's not the usual boiler room approach//A Pr refuting the story (although NO AUDITED FALDERAL YET).................I hope they are paying O.T. for employees handling calls late into the evening..........
