rook - my last stupid theory is that "one" can not get into the ultimate trouble unless "one" actually files the AFs knowing that they are BS. So all the crap leading up to the even could be explained away. But actualling claiming numbers as audited when they may not be may in fact be the "Jailtime" crime. I don't know Canadian Law but it seems like a theory to me...All IMHO
