raja, let's hope IR Clint is perusing iHub for some of the questions being proposed here and lets TGD know on some of the topics to address this PM.

Would be better to post top 3 questions relating to trials, doses etc. and email it to Clint, requesting him to forward it to Dr. Missling so that it can be addressed in the PR.
