When a company truly cares about shareholders, they negotiate the notes to stop the dilution.
Someone on the inside is making a lot more money diluting shares than the company will make selling those products.
They probably bought some Jergens lotion super cheap and created a product name with Carmen and then they have friends and family loan money for shares and then they dilute and make more money diluting. LMAO
I bet Carmen is diluting the shares they gave her.
