Anything?? Daniel??
Might as well hold at this point…
Has this mysterious Daniel ever spoken since? Just deciding whether to tax loss this crap or hold lol
What year did vibi get delisted before and then relisted. Tia
Depends on how they did it. Some can delist voluntarily and file a form to get trading again. Never know and all have own opinions it seems.
You guys are always trying to get free shares, just buy tomorrow at ,0001. Pps, this is going to the moon soon
I read that companies who delist can't relist for 5-10 years
Custodian, he’s the one who originally reinstated the company
Who is Daniel ? TIA
Who is Daniel ? tia
I still have my shares. Hopefully VIBI revives
For anyone bagged here sent Daniel an email if he plans to revive VIBI and he stated “Yes, I Do”
Anyone see a reason to not harvest losses for tax purposes with this stock?
Yups! CEO drove a stake through its heart!
Never, never, ever ignore SEC notices, etc.
Doing so, never ends well! Traders did well
but others stayed & watched the door slam.
Wonder what time limit is for shareholders
to do a Class Action on this SEC violator?
I could care less...but those impacted may
want to contact L. Rosen or other counsel.
YOU DONT HAVE TO SELL THIS AND YOU CANT SELL IT BECAUSE IT IS CUSIP AND THERE ARE NO BUYERS. AND AGAIN YOU ARE INCORRECT YOU CAN SELL A STOCK EVEN ON THE LAST BUSINESS DAY OF THE YEAR. IT IS THE SELL DATE NOT THE SETTLEMENT DATE THAT COUNTS. I WILL PUT IT AS A SELL ON MY QUICKEN ON THE 12/27 /2021 AND PUT AN EXPLANATION THAT IT WAS REVOKED AND CUSIP ONLY.
VIBI??? WHEN THEY GO CUSIP NUMBER THEY GO THE WAY OF THE DOE DOE BIRD .. THEY NEVER NEVER COME BACK!!! LOST OVER 3 GRAND ON THIS POS !!!
Not here.... People floating around with bags of worthless stock -- and no horizon in sight.
Hellooooo? Can anyone see over the horizon? Is there life out there?
Gert lied, period. A tax-loss selling day today
so VIBI losses will be fully-settled this Friday.
Remember selling is one part, settling a sale
is the other. After today, it may settle in 2022.
This is my opinion (timeline for tax loss), so
important to do DD, gather you own opinion.

Yes it's very sad. Especially since Gert told us they were working on it.
Don't know or care. I have no interest. Vilacto's now a privately-
held company. It is not a traded security, as SEC delisted them.
What is worse is...Vilacto did not want to remain listed. It could
have responded to SEC notices/actions, but it decided not too.
If you still have any interest in Vilacto, you can contact them by
mail, phone, email, etc. As for their website, realize that even a
florist today has a website. As a private firm, it probably makes
revenue. It decided to snub the SEC and stiff US shareholders.
A greener 2022 to you. Best of luck with your future endeavors.
They still have a very nice website. Who's paying for that, and why?
Same as some odd Great Basin shares I held. Sold most but kept a residual.
They had an SEC action, then was delisted. That residual became worthless.
If you took profits from other stocks, (I did), consider a 2021 tax loss for VIBI.
Otherwise, you can reach out to tickerless private Vilacto. That's your choice.
The tax loss season for 2021 is now.
Don't forget settlement days.
A way to offset a loss.
Reduce gains tax.
Move forward
past VIBI-
Scam.
Sad.
My ticker disappeared on Schwab and turned to a number. It still shows that I have shares. They still have a website and the ticker VIBI comes up as good. Any ideas?
Bet he sold off before their ticker died. Dirty Gert takes care of himself, period.
Feel free to send registered international mail to the company; wait for a reply.
Do you know if Gert still owns 82 million shares? Tia
"Respondent’s long history of ignoring reporting obligations’ evidences a high degree of culpability. And because Respondent failed
to answer the OIP or respond to the show cause order, it has submitted no evidence of any efforts to remedy its past violations and
ensure future compliance. Nor has it made any assurances against further violations."

Yep, worthless if you try to sell. However, you still own part of the company, so if the company can meet the same requirements it did when it first enlisted, it can be reenlisted. But the chance of this happening is slim to none if the owner has walked away. It has been done though with some companies, so there still a little hope.
Wish I could say. I have 15 million pieces of crap lol
Are my ten million shares worthless now? Tis
no, it isn't. this is how the order reads when it's voluntary.
It's voluntary when they did nothing to prevent it.
they did not volunteer.
Dead VIBI is what it is. Gert's folly is a write-off.
E*TRADE showing zero value.
Last I checked it was the # sequence with .0001 value per share
I would say they will stay in your account for certain time. Once they know what’s going on they will release those shares to either new firm or they will be worthless meaning $0.
It will keep showing in your account but not under a ticker symbol instead a 12 digit sequence number valuing $0
Thank gawd, SEC did its job. VIBI's dead.
"get the money?" That is called a tax loss.
OTC is always a gamble, especially with
chronic non-compliants like VIBI. Too bad.
December is coming. No gifts from VIBI,
only coal (tax loss) in holders' stockings.
What voluntarily? Lol! More like kicked to the curb.
Noncompliant company toxic to the general public.
Ticker is dead. Private firms move off stock boards.
OTC is a crap shoot. Sue the company or tax loss.
So how does the shareholder get the money? Do their shares automatically sell? Or maybe it converts to a new ticker? My brokerage firm basically just told me I can't buy the stock and selling would be very difficult.
When a company voluntarily delists, it may not be for bad reasons. One reason could be that it wants to go private. In that case, its shares have been bought out, maybe by a private equity firm. It could be a sign of good things to come for the firm.

The next scam is getting the same
Thanks, Renee. Saw FINRA Daily List earlier: https://otce.finra.org/otce/dailyList Figured that SEC's Order was in the system.

Thanks for the DD on SEC Suspensions & Revocations Board and DD Support Board and Fraud Research Forum. VIBI dead.
an issuer
with a class of securities registered with the Commission, failed to file an answer in response to
an order instituting proceedings (“OIP”) alleging that it did not file required periodic reports.1
Respondent again failed to respond to an order to show cause why it should not be found in
default.
