The shares of common stock of Earth Science Tech, Inc. (FKA Ultimate Novelty Sports Inc.) were initially acquired and held by Great Lakes Holding Group Inc., which was 100% owned by Dr. Issa EI-Cheikh Mohamad, that corporation was converted to an LLC and is now called Great Lakes Holding Group, LLC. Dr. EI-Cheikh remains as the 100% owner of the membership interests of the company following its conversion to a limited liability company and as such, Dr. EI-Cheikh is the ultimate beneficial owner of the 6,700,000 shares of Earth Science Tech, Inc. (FKA Ultimate Novelty Sports, Inc.) by virtue of his ownership of Great Lakes Holding Group, LLC.
