Looks like the new RGLG President is the former president of ETST. This is from an ETST 10Q.

Effective October 29, 2013, Mrs. Larissa Zabelina resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Mrs. Elena Mochkina resigned as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Dr. Issa El-Cheikh was appointed as CEO, CFO, President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director of the Company.

Great Lakes(Issa El Cheikh) is the owner of 14% of the outstanding shares of ETST. Majorca Group out of Wyoming owns 54% of the ETST outstanding shares.
ETST is in receivership and is under the custodianship of well known shell HIJACKER Robert Stevens.
