This is spot on. I was politely criticized a couple weeks back making similar comments. However, it really just showed ignorance of those responding.
Branding and an increased customer base in critical. Being top dog in a market in its infancy can change very quickly if the right moves aren’t made. Appears they now have a team that understands this and hopefully proceed accordingly.
We will ALL be happy campers in 2020 and beyond if they really capitalize on the head start they have given themselves.
