It says it was taken January 19th 2019, from a Potato phone!

Not saying your photos aren't real, but that in this day and age it's easy to fake information. We have no way of knowing if these photos were taken several days ago or several months ago.
Either way though it doesn't really matter. The grow facility is not profitable. American Green is bleeding money in the millions of dollars while only making a few ten thousand in management fees... The real winners here are the debenture debtholders, and Chris Martin who is pumping out all this marijuana for his own business, and never even credits American Green. It's OG Zonka Farms now.
It doesn’t matter how real the MJ is. It’s not American Green’s product. They only made a $35K profit on MJ last quarter. I will assume for the company’s sake that it was from only one harvest. If that is the case they would have needed 30 harvests to make up for the net loss on the quarter. They will probably get at most 12 harvests all year, more likely less.
I believe that your photos are real. The date on the bag is the harvest date. Good MJ is cured for at least two to three months after harvest. It doesn’t matter that the photos are real because the facility isn’t going to make American Green profitable. Money is the name of the game and AG is on track to lose $4M for the fiscal year. The likely $350K profit from the grow won’t even cover half of AGs interest payments.
The real DD is in the numbers. The optics are meaningless if the numbers don’t add up to getting out of the death spiral. The company owes over 100 billion convertible shares to their lenders. When you figure that dilution into the market cap its a no brainer to stay away from this play until after a necessary reverse split.
Investors should stay away from this stock all together. Traders should stay away until the current share structure has been wiped out and the market cap drops significantly. I did my own DD and so far it’s led me to the proper conclusion. Good luck
The altitude of Phoenix is 1117 feet above sea level and the information you post say 332 feet?????? Looks like someone messed up with their mega-data editing!!
