Here’s your counter:

i remember the pumping crowd calling for 100's

Don’t confuse 1 or 2 noobs on the board who don’t understand market caps and valuations. I was one of the first to respond to them saying $100 was unrealistic. Nobody trading significant amounts of money thinks that, or they won’t be trading significant amounts of money for long.

and by the way, analysts get paid to pump too. and analysts aren't always right. i have found a few reports that are very negative on acb. you can find them too.

Yes, sometimes companies in dissary will pay to have their stock promoted / have an analyst say good things. However, this goes in both directions. How many of the negative articles were paid for? An overwhelming amount of analysts have this as a buy. There are a few negative articles. To each their own I suppose.

the only obvious here is too much dilution, way overvalued, borrowing money to keep the grow lights on, stagnating share price, too much acquisition of companies with skeptical futures at best

Oh where to begin. I suppose by asking why companies go public? The answer is to raise capital. This ties in with your notion that it is overvalued. Compared to whom? Using Canopy as a benchmark I would say it is UNDERVALUED. ACB is thinking globally, has them beat in production capacity, and will be profitable before them. Stagnating share price... Wait, so stocks don’t just go straight up? But let’s round this all out by going back to the profitability part. One of the biggest challenges for growers is going to be controlling costs. One of the best ways to combat this is scale. ACB’s acquisitions have allowed it to scale, and it will be one of the reasons, along with superior technology, that ACB will be profitable first. Those strategic aquisitions will be one of the reasons ACB will be one of if not the most successful MJ companies. Doing it now and getting first mover advantage will prove to be a boon for shareholders who ignore the people who keep stomping their feet and saying “Dilution! Dilution! Dilution!”

Some of the smartest and most renowned analysts in the sector see it, do you?

PS- I would just like to point out - still a higher low than 4/15 on the chart. If the sector doesn’t fall watch for a quick snap back up tomorrow, much like it did then.

Oh- and as far as insiders selling. You’re reaching. One guy sold for chump change compared to the insider ownership. Cam and Terry sell anything significant? Oh wait, they haven’t sold anything into the run it’s had this year? Cool.

I don’t think saying your thoughts are “false and you’re lying”. There’s a fallacy in the logic there that if one is true, the other must be as well.
