I have no worries. CWEB is very concerned about product quality and identity of brand. I would imagine they have final approval on ingredients of a product that could have their name attached.
If it was a bulk sale where they are selling oil and the customer does what they want with the oil without approval of CWEB, they wouldn't be allowed contractually to use the CWEB name.
These guys are very brand aware, they will not let someone tarnish that name.
