Thanks for the summary! Great CC IMO GRAB is negotiating acquisition of the company. I believe the LOI and Mr Ramasamy getting his shares has made suitors take notice SE holding co potential suitor of entire company also imo.

There is a very good reason the definitive agreement was not signed.
