Couple things... this stock has 56 bil shares. A RS was pretty obvious. On the bright side, the company is full reporting and has cleaned up the financials. No toxic debt. Nothing crazy here. They just started getting operations moving to make money, so things should be good.
I personally wouldn't want to hold through another RS, but if you are underwater and you can wait, you will likely be good in about 6 months.
Finally, lets keep this board PG rated.
