Peter Scalise was convicted and sentence to 15 months in prison and released on January 2018

Peter Scalise did NOT serve as an officer/director of a publicly traded company during this time period that he was in prison.

You can't be in state custody and then federal custody for several years and at the same time run companies as CEO and sign off on numerous SEC and other corporate filings. Pretty hard to do from a cell. But you know that. Swing and a miss!!
