No, the broker is not our Accredited Investor...An original owner of the shares can only be qualified as whether he/she is an Accredited Investor or not. I too received payment for my Hs but those didn't have anything to do with being an Accredited Investor or not (at least that is what AZ & RON66 are saying -- their theory is that Class 19 & Class 22's Income streams are being held by WMILT for our Escrow Marker holders while ALL other "Accredited Investors" are receiving those income streams like Clock-work).
Again, per AZ & RON66, WMILT is 'our' Accredited Investor as it is holding those Income Streams due to us, on our behalf BUT Not Telling us anything all this time. I somehow do not think WMILT can legally do that, it being a "Trust' for "our" sake.
