How did SC get the $4m of units? They paid for it - out of the $15m that VERB paid them. You are treating this as though they were GIVEN the units as part of the acquisition, but that's not what happened. They were GIVEN the $4m in cash and then they turned around and .....

The only way AGP would give VERB $20.5 (actually $18.2 after expenses) is if they knew they would be able to get it back. It is owed to AGP for the units. SC had to have given it back to AGP or VERB has an IOU to AGP - perhaps keeping it until the 45 day allotment period is over??.
That's how I see it. Valter isn't giving us an accurate picture IMO, and the broker at AGP also misspoke or Zip misinterpreted. Nothing else makes sense.
I'd like for it to be true because I have a big ownership right now, but I don't so how it can be true logistically based on all the info we have.
