Slick, no one saw this coming and some refuse to believe it. SC knows what's down the road and they figured out how they could participate in the offering to take advantage of the cheap share price. What more is to be said?

The acquisition price was $25M ($11M cash, $10M in restricted common shares and $4M in units at the same terms as all other investors in the IPO).
