It is the same problem NWBO had early on when the more freely disclosed information and projected time lines. It provides the ammunition for just these kind of shoddy lawsuits and were back then aimed at NMBO. Even shoddy law suits take time and money to fight and also give bad press to the company especially for people not that close to it. Lose lips sink ships :-)
