Is this who you are suggesting NWBO model their early data disclosure practices after Flip?
SHAREHOLDER ALERT: Pomerantz Law Firm Reminds Shareholders with Losses on their Investment in Amarin Corporation plc of Class Action Lawsuit and Upcoming Deadline - AMRN

The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company's business, operational and compliance policies. Specifically, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) the top-line results Amarin touted about its REDUCE-IT trial for Vascepa were not as positive as the company represented; (2) the placebo given to patients in the control arm of REDUCE-IT may have increased the incidence of cardiovascular events in those patients; (3) as a result, Amarin's public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.

The difference between Amarin and NWBO is that Amarin knew they would have actual valid topline data to present, based on a trial they designed and followed as planned. It's hard to present a timeline when the only valid topline data you have shows the vaccine failing to demonstrate efficacy for PFS as the primary endpoint. They've got nothing else that is valid.

Flipper, I would argue that Linda has already given us a timeline. That timeline does not have a specific date in it. Instead, she explained in detail the steps the company has to take, the fact that each step would take several months, the fact that some of the steps will be done at the same time. She also made it clear that the SAP has to be approved by each of the four countries involved. By giving us the timeline in terms of details, rather than dates, she avoids harassing lawsuits, while giving us an overview of when we can expect things to be completed. We know that Linda does not have control over when each country will approve the SAP. I suspect that’s the biggest bottleneck in terms of predicting a timeline. I feel like she gave me enough to come up with a ballpark date, though my date may be different from yours, or Senti’s or Exwannabee’s. I think each of us has to do the same and decide if what she stated I. November, then again at the annual meeting, is clear enough for each of us to feel we are moving along to datalock.
