That IS the issue. You have no idea what is going on behind the scenes, nor do I. But you are trying to contact them in an attempt to obtain information about the merger. To say otherwise is a lie.
They would put themselves at legal risk by speaking to you personally, but they recently issued 3 pr's, authorized by DB, to imply, in my opinion, to the general public that the merger is still on. Why is it taking so long? One can only speculate. My guess is that there is an audit being done on DB due to the fact that they have been a fully functioning business with revenues. Audits don't happen overnight. All IMO
