The OS is around 600 million if there are any questions about that, about a third of that is held by insiders which can't be released, I've looked. They need to get this total number down which is why the buyback has been initiated. And according to Greg Rotman that number will come down drasticly soon. Call or research for yourself.

VYST DOESN'T NEED ANY MONEY and PAID OF ALL its DEBTS. VYST wants TO BUYBACK shares from SHAREHOLDERS SO THAT VYST can be uplisted on NASDAQ.
