Toxic Lenders, to be more precise. Any time a Toxic Lender changes his tune and buys a stock they were loaning money to, is a VERY strong indication. IMO.

And typically the Toxic Lenders will try to make $ by shorting that co's shares, dumping shares and doing their darndest to get more shares to dump.

Look at foolish EMA :-D

Management plans to finance future operations through the use of cash on hand, increased revenue from the sale of Vytex NRL products, Vytex division license fees, our credit facility, stock warrant exercises from existing shareholders and raising capital through private placements of capital stock and debt.

It gets Worse:

Further, at September 30, 2018, the accumulated deficit amounted to approximately $31 million. As a result of the Company's history of losses and financial condition, there is substantial doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern.

This company is in a very big hole. No NASDAQ for them for a Long, Long time.
