I think negotiations are still ongoing, but we have reached a point without a finalized deal, they need to start looking at a backup plan. My guess on the TNBC delay, legalistically issues starting the trial, including getting all 5 sites onboard. If you look at any other trial, just for example with the pi alone, it usually takes several months to start.
My opinion also, but the TNBC trial is a high priority, second only to finishing the BLA and they start it soon, the 10Q was updated to starting Q2. It is a small trial, costing a few million, not the 25 million the mono trial has costed. Good early results should pay massive dividends giving them much larger leverage in negotiations, nee potential partners, etc.
I agree on the money. It is frustrating knowing that is really the main item holding this stock back. They have been chipping away at it though, each month, the amount needed until approval gets smaller, eventually we will break free.
Also, we are due an update, especially with TNBC trial. I’m assuming they have leveraged that info for the latest offering as usual, but I’m tired of speculating now for three months and feel all shareholders deserve a full update, be it good or bad.
- NP too much talk. - over promise and under delivery - too many delays but it is more indication of NP inexperience of the process - look at the recent milestones missed. - - TNBC trial was supposed to give quick results by Q1 and 1st patient dosing has not started - PCa test - have they got the 510k approved? Have they even applied?
Money is big issue - with $1.5 million in bank what they can do? Hardly anything. They can possibly work on only one item at a time. Many vendors will not even entertain them for new contracts.
Science gives results but management and money runs the company. The company lacks both.
