Where are we now?
I suspect recent negotiations failed, assuming nobody lied.
So we need to raise some $30M at least to push forward on our own, hence the AS increase of 100M to 700M.
Maybe also another brick in the conspiracy wall - walling all efforts to partner. This starts to become surreal.
I also must assume that the TNBC delay of now 3 month is due to lack of financing? This was foreseeable and RP's first misstep, maybe he was encouraged to be be in line with NP's over-enthusiasm.
