It gets better and better:

DSM's address is at the bottom of the LOI but has "nothing to do with BioAmber"... I thought this was a joint venture between LCY and Visolis but DSM conveniently has their address at the bottom... it must be photo shopped or something... the first of many "lies"

DSM's address being involved doesn't mean DSM is included...


Whole doesn't mean whole...



Company doesn't mean Company...


A "S" at the end of a word doesnt mean Plural...

These are just a few of PwC's "lies" in the documents...
PwC must love to "lie" in their court documents...

Reverdia was a JV of DSM and Roquette.


They just dissolved that Reverdia JV.
