DSM's address is at the bottom of the LOI but has "nothing to do with BioAmber"... I thought this was a joint venture between LCY and Visolis but DSM conveniently has their address at the bottom... it must be photo shopped or something... the first of many "lies"

DSM's address being involved doesn't mean DSM is included...

A "S" at the end of a word doesnt mean Plural...

These are just a few of PwC's "lies" in the documents...
PwC must love to "lie" in their court documents...
Nothing to see here, definitely not in the documents, because there all a "lie"
